Typically orders are processed within two days of receiving them. If the order is shipped via USPS Priority Mail, it will normally take 2-5 business days to arrive at it's destination. During warmer weather months, we will delay shipping your order until the following Monday if it is placed late in the work week to avoid having your chocolates sit in a post office over a long weekend.
For the safety of our customers, we are currently we are unable to accept returns on orders. If you feel there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue.
