Gluten-Free & Allergen Information

Our Gluten-Free Kitchen

Sweetness & Light's candy kitchen has been gluten-free since 2012. Everything we make in-house is gluten-free, and we are careful to avoid ingredients that contain gluten or could introduce gluten into our production kitchen.

This includes treats that traditionally contain gluten. The cookies and pretzels we dip in chocolate are certified gluten-free by their manufacturers.

Our retail shop also carries some commercially produced candies that may contain gluten. These products are not made in our kitchen and are kept separately in their own jars or cases, away from our house-made candies. If you have celiac disease or a gluten sensitivity, please feel free to ask us about any product.

Other Allergens & Ingredients

Our confections may contain ingredients including milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and other allergens. Many of our candies are made using shared equipment and work areas, so we cannot guarantee that our products are free from cross-contact with allergens other than gluten.

If you have a food allergy or dietary concern, please contact us before ordering or ask us when visiting the shop. We're happy to help you determine which products may be appropriate for you.
