We've been making toffee in copper kettles since 1976, and some things just
don't need to change. Our buttery toffee starts with real butter and sugar,
cooked low and slow until it reaches that perfect deep-amber crack. From there
we pair it with fresh-roasted nuts, high-quality chocolate, sea salt, or
espresso — depending on where your tastes take you. Whether you're a purist
