Our All-nut Patty is exactly what it sounds like: a generous mix of freshly roasted nuts held together with Guittard chocolate. There's no cream or other candy center here—just plenty of roasted nuts and chocolate in one substantial piece.
We roast the nuts ourselves in our Ferndale candy kitchen, form them into a large patty, and finish each one in your choice of milk or dark chocolate.
