Our Chocolate Covered Caramels start with the old family caramel recipe we've been making for generations. We cook the caramel from scratch with local cream and butter, pour it onto our marble slab, and let it rest overnight before cutting it by hand.
Each piece is then dipped in Guittard chocolate.
Available in milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or Half Milk - Half Dark.
Sizes: 6, 12, 24, or 48 pieces.
