Our handmade chocolate ganache gets a dual infusion of honey and espresso —
sweet and bitter, warm and rich. The honey softens the espresso's edge while
adding a floral depth that plain coffee can't provide. The result is a truffle
that's complex without being difficult. One of our most interesting flavor
combinations.
