Our version of the classic chocolate turtle starts with pecans that we roast ourselves, arranged by hand and covered with our homemade buttery caramel. Each turtle is then dipped in your choice of Guittard milk or dark chocolate.

The caramel is made from scratch with local cream and butter using the same family recipe we've been making for generations. Simple ingredients, made the old-fashioned way in our Ferndale candy kitchen.
