Our Splitter Bar combines homemade caramel, roasted peanuts, and peanut butter nougat, all dipped in Guittard chocolate.

We start by cooking the caramel in a copper kettle and pouring it onto our marble slab. Instead of the almonds and vanilla marshmallow we use in our Moo Bar, the Splitter gets roasted peanuts and a layer of peanut butter nougat.

After resting overnight, the bars are cut by hand and dipped in your choice of Guittard milk or dark chocolate.
