Opera creams are one of the oldest and most beloved forms of American chocolate
candy — and we've been making ours the same way since 1976. Each bonbon starts
with our handmade opera cream center: a rich, silky confection made from
scratch in our Ferndale kitchen. From there, we flavor each one with natural
extracts, real fruit, organic nut butters, or spirits, then dip in your choice
of milk or dark chocolate. The result is a center that melts on your tongue —
smooth, flavor-forward, and nothing like the waxy impostors you've tried
