caramels are infused with dark chocolate, cinnamon, amaretto, and cayenne
pepper, then topped with a finish of sea salt. The result is a layered,
complex piece: sweet caramel, warm spice, a slow-building heat from the
cayenne, and a salt finish that ties it all together. Bold, distinctive,
