Spicy Chocolate Caramels are one of the recipes we've developed here at Sweetness and Light. We combine our homemade buttery caramel with dark chocolate, cinnamon, amaretto, and cayenne pepper, then finish each piece with sea salt.
The cayenne adds some heat without losing the caramel, chocolate, and spice underneath it.
